MJM HIRE SERVICES LTD

ALL CHARGES EXCLUSIVE OF V.A.T.

HIRE PERIODS
One day is 24 consecutive hours
Two days are 48 consecutive hours
One week is 3 - 7 consecutive days
After the first week each day is charged at the pro-rata rate e.g. one seventh of the weekly rate.
Please note that hired equipment will be charged for on Sundays,Bank holidays and all times when
our premises are closed.

ACCOUNTS
Application for a trading account are welcome, please ask for an application form

DEPOSITS
All customers without an account will be asked for a deposit, and proof of identification e.g.
drivers licence and utility bill.
Deposits are only eccepted by credit card, payment for hired equipment can be made by credit card
or cheque with a guarantee card.

DELIVERY
We will deliver and collect all items but a small carriage charge will apply.

TERMINATION OF HIRE
It is the hires responsibility to return equipment or notify us if it is to be collected.
Equipment will otherwise be left on hire and charged for until returned to our premises.

LONG TERM HIRES
Special rates may be quoted upon request for long hires,normally 4 consecutive weeks.
